Thank you for your interest in training with us! Steps to secure a spot on our schedule include:
We are required to determine that you are a US Citizen. We need a copy of your Drivers License AND Certified Birth Certificate -OR- a current passport. Text or email to me at the takeflightaviationwi@gmail.com.
If you have a current FAA medical certificate, we also need a copy of that.
If you have a student pilot certificate, Private Pilot Certificate or Commercial Certificate, we also need a copy of the front and back of that.
If you have started training as a student pilot, we need a legible scan copy emailed of your logbook. If you use foreflight, go to More, Logbook, Reports Complete Logbook 2 Page. If you already have a Certificate or Rating, we just need a copy of your logbook since your last checkride. There is a free scanning app called Genius Scanner that works great.
When you are ready to secure your training spot on our calendar, Venmo a $500 payment (applied to your training invoices) to @vondabenson. You can add me as a friend and send $1 initially to verify that you have the correct venmo. We also accept Apple Cash.

I will email you a Take Flight Rental Agreement that must be signed and emailed back. Review the Take Flight Aviation Handbook that I will also email you.
Renter’s insurance is required prior to your first flight with us. A Policy is $314/year with the minimums we require but you can obtain higher coverage if you desire. Go to More, Student Resources, How to obtain Renter’s Insurance for information for how to obtain it. IF you already have a policy, email that to the email address at the top right.
